Returns system lacks client service

Returns on Onedayonly just does not have a client user friendly system. I am not impressed. The hassle to return out-ways the need to buy shoes and clothing. Returns should be free of charge, and there should be an easy to use online submission for this. You could learn from Takealot. They collect items, free of charge. I have now payed a delivery fee, as well as a return fee, and have nothing to show for it. Your return system lacks client service!!
