Returning an item is very difficult

I wanted to return a parcel. I informed them within 5 days from receiving it. They then responded 8 days later and I missed the emails. 4 days after that I noticed I missed an email from them and then responded but no response again. If that is the service I receive I'm not supporting you anymore.
