Return Process a nightmare !!!

Buyer beware :

I bought a Tablet from them. It was an "out of box" failure. Reported it to them immediately.

Lots of hoops to jump through when returning an item in my experience.. Takealot is WAY easier . I had to send them pictures of the outside of box and of the unit . That was not enough. Had to send them a video of me plugging the tablet in and trying to switch it on.

Then got email stating that they will return it to seller to do an inspection of the unit and, depending on the finding, they might refund me.

Only when I informed them that they are in contravention of the CPA and that I will report them to the National Consumer Tribunal , did they refund me.

Lesson Learned : Don't buy from them unless it's really a big bargain ( never again will I buy electronics from them).
