Return policy is a farce and customer service does not exist

The customer service at OneDayOnly is useless and the supposed turnaround time of 24 hours is more like 72 hours if you lucky. The return policy is a joke. After 2 weeks of receiving the wrong product for which I have been charged, there is no resolution.
