Return of Items

I have been shopping online at OneDayOnly for almost two years. You receive excellent service when shopping, but when you have to return an item,you get "we will get back to you" I have been sending e-mails for a month now without success. I send the first e-mail within the required 5 days. There is no number to call

I will never shop witb OneDayOnly again.
