Return of Item - no feedback

Terrible Service.

I placed an order with OneDay only on the 01st December 2022. It was a Christmas gift that I ordered. It was delivered to me on the 12th December. I immediately logged a return as I did not like the item so much in person as it was on the picture. I received an email that i need to send pics of the item to show that it is in original package etc. Even though return was logged same day? I sent the pics as requested and I am still waiting to hear from them about when this item will be collected. I doubt that i will get a refund in time to purchase another gift and the amount I spent on this product was not cheap. I am really disappointed in the service. And i will never buy from them again. And I want to warn people that the service you receive is terrible. No contact number to call and speak to someone. Absolute TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
