Request to cancel ignored

I placed an order on Sunday 06 October and then realized what I was ordering was not going to work for me. At the time I went onto the OneDayOnly website and logged a ticket that evening (06 October) asking to please cancel the order and refund me (order number ***). I received a response from OneDayOnly that the payment is received and the order is on the way. The order was then only shipped on Thursday so there was sufficient time for them to cancel the order and refund me. Very disappointed that OneDayOnly did not cancel as per my request and there was sufficient time to do so.
