Reply to emails or pick up the phone!

My order is over 50 days old. I have emailed over 10 times. Called about 100 times - call just gets cancelled. My order of 4 frames came through with 2 only and sizes are different. I am still missing the other two. I have ordered a lot over the last 2 years. Won't order ever again.
