Repairs of Ride on Car

Unsatisfactory service when a customer asks for guidance on where an item bought from the can be repairs. And they merely inform you that item is out of warranty and the supplier will not be able to assist. I have bought a various places where even after warranty lapses items can still be sent back to the supplier to repair at a cost. So they sell you ******* and refuse to fix it
