Refusal to replace defective product

Such a bad attitude when I found that the BODUM travel mug I bought was damaged on arrival, only to have the Terms & Conditions thrown in my face because I only opened the parcel in my new home, and the 6 month Terms & Conditions had expired by then. R300 for a defective product down the drain, and these guys just keep making money.
