Refund not paid

On the 2nd Feb I purchased two power banks for R708 on order number ***, I forgot to include the shipping fee the order was cancelled.

On the 3rd Feb I replaced the order under order number ***, I paid for both the items and shipping cost.

I made contact with OneDayOnly to get my refund as I released that the money for the first order was never refunded a guy by the name of Bruno refused to refund me.

He said that I will receive a send sent of powerbanks on the order number *** due to the other other being cancelled.

I told him that I will prefer to get the money back instead of another set of power banks.

To date I have not received my refund or the items.

Is there anyone that can please assist me at OneDayOnly.
