Refund frustration

The only process they focus on is their payment process... very quick to take your money. My orders took weeks to arrive. Even worse- I’ve been trying to get a refund on a couple of items since mid June and low and behold... radio silence. Don’t order off this platform unless you are certain you won’t need a refund and you are in no rush at all for your product.
