Refund ****

Poor customer service and Problems with their refunds. I ordered a jacket which I paid an additional delivery fee. The jacket was a reject with torn pockets. I then logged a return which took the Company two weeks to come fetch the defected item. I then had to wait for another two weeks for a refund, which I had to follow up for constantly. I eventually received a shortfall amount on my refund where Onedayonly reduced my refund by another delivery fee. This is really sad that consumers have to bear the cost and inconvenience of their incompetency. Onedayonly is very good in marketing their company via radio shows like on 9.47fm, however when it comes producing a quality service , they are lacking and not treating customers fairly.
