Refund

I bought a silver chain with the letter T. The letter T looks nothing like a T and it looks so cheap. I asked for a refund and they say it takes 3 to 5 days to reflect. And they even said I can keep the chain. Great right. Well 5 days are up and no refund and when I emailed them they said it was only sent for a refund on the 5th day and it will take another 3 to 5 working days. Now I dnt know if this is how they normally do it but for me it was miss leading. Its really disappointing.
