Refund

I would like to thank Andre for phoning me and explaining what the problem was with my refund. The consultant the feedback to my queries to the incorrect email address. The refund was then accidentally transferred to the company's account and not my account. People make mistakes we are only human. Fantastic customer service once problem was identified. I will place an order with this company anytime.
