Refreshingly Good Service

I ordered a Queen Size Bed, and the service received over a span of a week from the consultant Jesse-Leigh regarding my enquiries have been super helpful and refreshing to see.

I work in customer service and and can let you know she is a rare commodity, I noticed there's a lot of reviews from others regarding service. I think Jesse-Leigh should be promoted to Skills Coach or more Managerial level to bring more value to the company.
