Receiving feedback

<p>I have contacted One day only a few times and yet to receive a response since 2 weeks ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was asked to send pictures of the damage product and said I'll be contacted. There was no response to say where or not they received the email.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to be contacted and told how they will go about replacing my airsofa!</p>
