Received a Brand new cracked TV

I am absolutely disgusted with One Day Only’s disgraceful excuse for back-up service. I received a brand-new TV with a cracked screen straight out of the box, and instead of resolving the issue, they’ve been giving me the runaround — passing me from one department to the next like it’s some kind of sick joke. Not only have they flat-out refused to reimburse me for a product they clearly shipped damaged, or that the courier services damaged but their customer support has been shockingly apathetic, evasive, and utterly useless. This level of incompetence and blatant disregard for customers is unacceptable and frankly shameful.
