Really bad service after receiving the wrong product

After they send me the wrong product, I got shockingly bad service and delays. Continuously claiming to assess warranty claims. It does not apply because i got the wrong product. Now the said its going to be another 10-14 days for the warranty assessments that doesn't apply. I will not support this company ever again and will report them if I don't get the correct product or a full refund. Horrible after sale service and lack of accountability from their suppliers
