really bad experience, takes forever and no customer service!!

Having a terrible experience ordering with one day only. DO NOT use them for purchase as they have NO direct means of communication and takes several weeks to respond to email complaints.

They claim to have called you to deliver your packages, calls which I have never received, the package returned to the warehouse and from there onward......??? no answer or indication as to what happened or where my package is now.
