Really bad customer service/care

Really dont give a damn about their clients.

i have spent over R150k and besides late deliveries they just dont give any after sales service. I ordered a pink camo hoverboard and received a blue camo but due to their late corresponce i get informed that they cant help- a day before christmas. they could have sorted it out sooner but they were just too incompetant to care. Naturally the other gifts are also not even going to arrive in time.
