Random person signed for my package and very poor customer service

Order was received by another person in a totally different town. No way to call or have faster communication. Also said it was sent by Fastway but email states that it was sent by dpd couriers. Very bad service. Don’t recommend anyone buying things from them. Might save money on the product but might aswell save yourself the hassle and pay full price somewhere else. Also one reply per day via email when they eventually return your query.
