R3000 broken gift – 10 days of "assessments" with no resolution.

Extremely disappointed. I bought a R3000 watch as a birthday gift which arrived with a detached hand (visible through the glass). I reported it immediately. It has been 10 business days since my report and 4 days since they collected the item, yet they are still "assessing" a visible defect and "waiting for suppliers."OneDayOnly is happy to take your money instantly but hides behind "supplier processes" when they send you broken goods. As per the CPA, I have a right to a replacement or refund, yet I am still waiting. First and last time I use this site for anything high-value.Order #***
