Purchased items not delivered within set period

<p>I bought gifts for my grand children (obviously for Christmas) on the 3rd Dec - there is currently not even a tracking Nr available because they did not receive it at their warehouses yet</p> <p>Meaning they advertised and sold something AND TOOK MY PAYMENT FOR IT but from 3 - 20 December still NOT DELIVERED- today is the 11th working day after placing the order.</p> <p>To talk to them is almost impossible because they are so busy but RUDE</p> <p>This is a few days before Christmas and I don't have gifts neither the money to buy other gifts</p>
