Proving the perceptions right!

I bought an item from OneDayOnly in November 2017 only to have it malfunction in early January 2018. A request was issued to the customer service helpline on the 9th of January 2018 upon which a ticket was issued. They then proceeded to ask me for details/photos of the serial nr etc which i then sent on the 12th of Jan. 8 days later i had to follow up as i had not received any feedback upon which Rafiq asked for my banking details to refund me once the supplier picks up the item. this all happened on the 19th of Jan 2018. I have not heard from them since after attempting to follow up on the 24th and the 26th even offering to take another item that they had on sale at the time..no feedback. This unfortunately is why I and a lot of other south africans are reluctant to buy online as the after sales service is non existant. This is a pitty as I really believe they have a gret concept going but if this is their commitment to service delivery, I foresee a bleak future for the company.
