Profiting from clients on Returns - horrible!

Anyone else notice that OneDayOnly is making profit from clients returning any items on their orders?

If I already paid for shipping (which I hate as a consumer) when the order was dispatched to me, why am I being billed again for the dispatch as well as the collection fee if I return the order?

Paying R59 for dispatching the delivery to me. When I returned a product (which they delivered late for Christmas and hence I had no use for at the end of December) I have to also pay the return courier of R59 as well as the R59 for the dispatch shipping...

Worst logistics administration I have seen from an online vendor!
