Products broken and no responce

We bough the Ryobi 14V Cordless Drill with, Carry case & bits on the 17.06.15. I lodge a complaint on the 13.08.15 to them as the battery charger is not working, as this product is not even 2 months old there should be no problem. Up until today (27.08.15) I have not heard from them in regards to where this must be sent to get fixed or any response. I sent them another email still with no response. Will never buy anything from them worse service ever.
