Product delivered not as advertised!

@OneDayOnly, dont be naughty, be nice! Deliver on your advertised promise!

It's been 2 weeks now since I have received an incorrect product compared to what you advertised! The only response, albeit from emails when they choose to be responded to, from Busi and Dave is that they are waiting to hear from their supplier! This doesn't cut it! This was meant to be a Christmas gift for someone special and I'm getting the royal run around! There is no accountability, you are showing no interest in honoring your publically advertised deal.

You have my contact details, call me please as you have no telephone numbers advertised for me to call you!

I want the product that I spent ages researching and purchased. Can you make this Christmas a merry one please?
