Poor Unprofessional *********** Service - Jean & Team

I was sent the incorrect item and it has taken weeks to resolve the query. Had to eventually report them to the Consumer Protection Council. They are either scared or incapable of picking up a telephone and very seldom deal with the entire matter in one mail so you are left having to send several mails and wait, wait, wait only to go down the same road again when they eventually reply.
