Poor Service!!! No Customer relationship!!!

I bought a pair of shoe, a jacket, socks and shelves. When I got my parcel, the shoe size was not incorrect and the jacket was too small. I returned it, but I had to pay for the transport. Not Fair and not right! Poor Service!!! not putting customer first!
