Poor Service, No Communication, Have no idea what to do.

No communication, nothing. They have no contact details and therefore can only email, my emails go unanswered. I do not even know whether my parcel is still around, has it gone missing. I ordered from them on the 3rd June and to date (10 July) there is no parcel, no communication, nothing.

I absolutely love their items and they usually are quite effective in just sending through parcels, but it has reached a point where I do not know what to do anymore.

To make it worse, I cannot even get hold of the courier company that they use. I mean I pay for delivery and I am still sitting with nothing, why is there even a delivery fee????????

Extremely frustrated at the moment, I honestly would have understood if there was a problem, but the fact that they dont even answer my emails, just pathetic.
