Poor Service from OneDayOnly

We ordered various items from OneDayOnly on Black Friday, order was accepted and only one of the items, a bed was delivered. the rest of the items, are missing. we van been contacting OneDayOnly on a daily basis and during the past month, all they tell us they are engaging the courier company - no outcome
