Poor service from onedayonly

Very annoyed! I ordered and paid for shoes from onedayonly. Firstly the shoes came but the wrong size! So i send them a mail and they only responded 3 days later. Then only 10 days later they send me a mail saying my size is not in stock anymore and asking for certain info to pick up my item and will give me a full refund, so i send them the date that suited me. The driver came on the WRONG day to pick it up. So eventually they fetched it 3 days later on the 20th August. I send them a mail asking if they received my item and what about my refund. Its now almost a week later now and i still havent received a response yet!? Very bad service! Arno Fourie
