Poor service

I bough a rizzen power device and discovered that the buttons are not working. I logged a return, the device was collected. I then get an sms from the supplier. I followed up with the supplier and Jennifer indicated that my device has been fixed. Why should I get a refurbished device cause this was clearly an out of box failure and she agreed that the device will be replaced. Guess what same device was sent back. So you buy a brand new item, it is faulty, they open it and do what they do and just send that same. Old device back.
