Poor service

I would hereby just like to warn potential customers about OneDayOnly. On 17/05/2020 i ordered and paid for Sneakers advertised by this company. Got a reference number as well. On 28/05/2020 i inquired about the whereabouts of my order and was quite upset that i have not received it by that time - 11 Days later. On 29/05/2020 i received and e-mail from them and i quote: " We have removed your email address from our list. You really did it, huh ? You had to go ahead with it. Well, fine then." This after i informed them that i will write a review on Hello Peter. On 01/06/2020 i received an e-mail from them stating that the specific item i ordered was now out of stock and they offered me a substitute order. Long story short and e-mails to and fro i have not received my "substitute" order as of yet. Almost 1 MONTH later.
