Poor Service

<p>My order was placed on 24 February and informed delivery takes 5-10 days. To date (14 March) I have not received anything. I have followed up numerous times and even requested a refund. They ignore the request about the refund but rather informed me that the package has been shipped. I was informed that I would recevie it on Tuesday or Wednesday (7 or 8 March). </p> <p> </p> <p>I have never come across such poor customer service and would never order from them again.</p>
