Poor service

<p>I have placed an ordered on the 13th December 2016 and still have not received my order. I have had numerous emails stating it will be delivered on specified dates which was clearly untrue. I understand it was the festive season and thus I was patient,however giving incorrect delivery dates is unprofessional.</p> <p>I followed up with emails and have received no reply.<br />I am appalled at the service.</p>
