Poor returns from OneDayOnly

OneDayOnly supp**** me with a defective item.I logged a return and it’s been 3 days and the return has no progress. I with an item that cannot be used and money spent. I have to always follow up on the return progress,their communication is poor. I am told they are waiting for supplier feedback and Alex will contact me which has not happened.

Other online line stores pick up your item the same or very next day and the return is concluded efficiently. Also their prices are not always the cheapest.

Please beware of this poor service. Personally I would not be buying from OneDayOnly.
