Poor return policy/process

I ordered a black watch and they delivered a brown one. Two weeks after complaining to them I am still waiting for answers. It took them a week to respond to my initial complaint and they have now referred it to the supplier. What nonsense! I certainly won't be buying from them again if this is how difficult they make it to return a product.

To aggravate the matter they don't have any telephone numbers one can contact them on.

Onedayonly has become Onepurchaseonly
