******* poor quality

Bought a 5 x towels from one day only. I used one to test it and see. It was the worst quality towels ever!!! They shred and fluff. I approached one day only for them to tell me it not refundable yet I sent pics that I only used one the 4 still had tags on it. I paid R699 for ******* towels.
