Poor Goods and Service

Do not conduct business with this company. I have had multiple issues with them over a long period of time and they continue to offer poor customer service. Responses by customer service are rude and unapologetic. The quality of goods offered are poor and often do not last which is exacerbated by the horrible after-sale service. Delivery takes forever despite payment being required "in one day". Refunds also take ages and despite you being required to pay "in one day", the company does not hold themselves to the same standard and refund whenever they like. Descriptions made for products on the website are inaccurate and when receiving a product that does not match the description, you are still expected to pay the delivery charge to return the item. Customer service is robotic in their responses and completely unwilling to negotiate / provide a meaningful response - instead they pick and choose what they like to respond to. Overall an extremely ********* company that I do not recommend anyone purchase from.
