Poor Delivery Service

Ordered a pair of shoes, paid for them and waited for delivery that never came. Went online to track my order, the system says 5 - 10 working days delivery at this stage we were on 8 working days. I noticed that the shoes were not even in the system and ready to dispatch so i sent an email to customer service. I get told that they have another 2 days to deliver which i responded that they will never receive the shoes, dispatch them and have the courier deliver them to me in time. I requested a refund which i got a few days later but no apology or response to my follow up email. I find that if you are going to advertise items on sale and still charge the customer a delivery fee then better service is definitely needed. This is not the first time that i have heard of poor delivery times from the online store and have stopped supporting them completely.
