Poor customer service. Wrong product delivered. Where is my purchase?

I received the incorrect product from onedayonly and Logged a return. They apologized and said they found the correct product. Courier service came to pick up the incorrect product last week and that's when all communications stopped from onedayonly. I've sent numerous emails and WhatsApp's to follow up. They are just ignoring me flat. Really poor customer service. Reading all the other comments, you'll soon be consumed by your competitors.
