POOR Customer service

Very poor customer service. They only care about themselves and not the satisfaction of the client. The more you buy, the more shipping you pay. They can learn from Takealot and other e-com services, offering free delivery the more you spend. After expressing my disappointment, they just ignore you, instead of trying to find a way to please you. Customer service = non-existent
