Poor Customer Service and Return Policy

bought a mattress and mattress was very uncomfortable when i tried to return it they talked about hygiene, even though i told them that the mattress had a mattress protector from day one and what irritates me the most is that Inofia SA was willing to take back the mattress until they got to know i bought the mattress from onedayonly and not from them directly. what is the 100 night trial for if we cannot use it.
