POOR customer service and Poor product quality

I bought two wireless cameras from them and when they finally arrived its clear that the power adaptor shipped with each camera does not fit the socket on the device. Neither camera can be used and this is truly very disappointing having waited so long for the order to be delivered now this. The products are 2 of the AuraTech 720P Wi-Fi Smart Home IP Cameras on order ***.

I wrote to them on Jul 10, 2020, 6:59 AM to inform them of this and despite the automated response with Ticket #928535 I heard nothing. I wrote again on Jul 22, 2020, 9:30 AM and again till today heard nothing.

I am beyond frustrated and actually created a Hello Peter account specifically for this complaint as I don't resort to this level of complaining ever but without a call centre to reach out to and complete silence via email I am left with no other choice.
