poor customer service.

I have purchased and paid for my item on the 28th of November 2020. on the 3rd of December 2020 received an order update saying its being processed and they have 10 day turnaround time. Till this day my order status is being processed not even packed as yet. They are too quick to want payment but when it come to them delivering your goods its this and that.
