Poor customer service
If i could I would give them a zero star. This customers customer service stinks. Automated response and delays wit excuses. No telephonic contact. *******. 2 Delivery still outstanding and 20 days gone. Requested refund. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. !!!

What I have noticed from previous complaints is that on larger items this company is not delivering.
They are sitting with our money in their bank accounts. It is like theft.
I am going to now go the legal route and lay a charge at the police.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT AGAIN!!!
