Poor customer serivce

I bought 4 solar lights, upon putting them up only one worked, I requested a refund, and they were collected on Friday 17 Jan. Since then I have sent customer service 2 emails requesting an update(22 and 28 Jan), to which they could not bother to reply. All I wanted was a simple update and reply, but they dont care enough to offer a simple courtesy, so i must come here and complain, and waste of my time and unnecessary.
