Poor client service from One day Only

I bought goods on the 10th June 2025. After numerous emails (that is the only way you can contact them) to find out when to expect it, I was told that it was already delivered. Just to get a email from DSV couriers today to inform me that my goods are lost due to a armed *******. Still One day Only has not contact me about the ******* or a refund. Poor client service to say the least.
